The Helen Witty Memorial Criterium

The Helen Witty Memorial is in memory of Helen Witty, a Palmetto High School thespian killed by a drunk driver while roller blading. The Helen Witty Scholarship Fund was created in her memory providing a scholarship annually to a selected thespian who demonstrates the excitement for life that Helen Witty lived. The Helen Witty Memorial Criterium is a Miss-n-Out Criterium with the profits benefitting the Helen Witty Scholarship Fund.

The Florida State Team Time Trial Championship

For the first time in Florida Cycling history, Ride for Hope is hosting the Florida State Team Time Trial Championship. Bringing cyclists from all over the state of Florida, the Team Time Trial will benefit the Helen Witty Scholarship Fund.
